Cancellation Policy

At Azaya, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. General Cancellation Policy:
For group classes (such as yoga or Pilates):
     - If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
     - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be considered a late cancellation.
     - Late cancellations may result in a deduction of the class from your package or a cancellation fee.

-For private sessions (such as one-on-one yoga or Pilates or breathing or healing sessions):
     - If you need to cancel or reschedule your private session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
     - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be considered a late cancellation.
     - Late cancellations may result in a deduction of the session from your package or a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Process:
   - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our front desk staff or use our online booking system.
   - Please provide your name, the date and time of the appointment, and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Emergency Situations:
   - We understand that emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If you have to cancel your appointment due to a genuine emergency, please inform us as soon as possible.
   - We may waive the cancellation fee or work with you to reschedule your appointment at our discretion, considering the circumstances.

4. Package Expiration and Extensions:
   - If you have purchased a package of classes or sessions, please be aware of the expiration date specified at the time of purchase.
   - Sessions or classes that are not used before the expiration date may be forfeited.
   - Extensions or exceptions to package expiration dates may be granted in certain cases, subject to discussion with our staff.
